A week before Navy Day, as military ships align in the Neva to embellish it for Russia's primary maritime celebration, we'll set out on one of our traditional voyages. As an added treat, we'll cruise past the military vessels stationed between the Blagoveshchensky and Palace Bridges, right in front of the Vasilievsky Island Spit. Nestled in the city's most picturesque locale, the painstakingly restored frigate 'Poltava' from the era of Peter the Great stands proudly.
